I strongly recommend. This is the team if anyone looking for someone knowledgeable and who they can trust. I first meet Tim and Sarah Claudill when looking for my home in NSB years ago. After that they have been help me with a rental and also trying to pursue a comercial space. They have same me from myself more than once. One time, I asked them to help me by mentoring a teenager who was interested in real estate and without hesitation they did. A lot of people are in real estate, but not everyone is an expert or have the work ethics.

Best company, I was able to change my realtor to someone in the company my husband preferred. Jeff was the best, he explained a lot of ways we could fix our home but still keep the Florida charm he also was an amazing negotiator, he talk them down to the number we needed. We also had a lot of help from Tim the owner, who went out of his way to show us tuns of houses and teach us about the market and what resell well here in Florida. He was patient and kind even though we went to so many houses. We had a very hard ask, we wanted it in a particular neighborhood that was close to a friend, three bedroom two bath and a pool with enough room for our dog to run around in the backyard too. It took us 6 months, but we finally found the jewel.That will be our forever home. And we did it all in our price budget. I never felt pressured into buying a house I didn't like, like other companies do. When we had insurance issues at the last moment 2 days before close. They had an experienced home inspector come the next day that they work with a lot. (Front door inspections) They really saved us, I wish we would have gone with their recommendation in first place. It would've saved us a second inspection cost. Sarah was working around the clock over weekends to help us find other insurance as well. They were all quick to any questions, I had with excellent knowledge and experience. We had to have several things fixed on the house to get insurance, they provided fair priced and experience professionals that had it fixed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this team because they will not stop until you are satisfied.And they will work around the clock to meet your needs. And they treated us like family. I'm going to recommend all my friends and family this company

A well done to Sarah of Florida Life Real Estate Group .We sold a condo in New Smyrna Beach! They researched a selling price in the condo market and we had several offers in just two weeks. The process started just before Christmas 2024 , we had an offer in January 2025, closed in Feb 2025. The condo sold had some special repairs done in early 2024 and Sarah and Tim disclosed this to the buyers so that the buyers were confident in their purchase. The whole experience was seamless,a pleasure even though real estate transactions are often full of unexpected twists and turns for the seller.They were very responsive to our questions.Highly recommend Florida Life without reservation for:knowledge of the market , knowledge of real estate transactions, responsiveness, work ethic, and marketing.Well done!

Shannon was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to help us out. The lender made things quite difficult for us by delaying closing multiple times and Shannon and the whole Florida Life team bent over backwards to make sure they were keeping us up-to-date and helping us in whatever way they could. We will definitely be using Shannon and Florida Life again in the future!

Sarah and her team were fantastic partners throughout the process of selling our house. Sarah is responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. We left each conversation with her feeling that our questions were answered and that we were in great hands. Sarah and her team make sure that each part of the process runs smoothly. Tim answered my initial call and was excited to help us from the start. Sarah came to our house during the holiday season in order to help us get it listed as quickly as we could move on our end. Paula kept us up to date and informed of all of the scheduled events and was also a pleasure with whom to work. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we appreciate their help and guidance throughout the whole process. The whole team made us feel that they were rooting for us. None of our requests were met with anything other than accurate, quick, and positive responses. The team hosted an open house for us and advertised our place around the country. They pay a lot of attention to marketing and data. We received numerous offers on our house and went through each with Sarah on the days we received them. We just recently closed and used the title company recommended by Sarah. That process went smoothly as well.
