We wish we could emphasize enough how AMAZING our experience was working with Deana Frechette; however, there are not nearly enough stars or thankful words to truly describe our experience with her. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing lady. She was truly an answer to prayers during our recent out-of-state move. Two months before, we viewed seven houses in two days during our short stay in town. Deana met us with a welcome basket, and gifted us a cooler with cold drinks and snacks for the busy days ahead. She even prepared booklets for the homes we would be viewing. We could not have asked for the decision and negotiation process to go any smoother with her exceptional work. Upon returning to sell our house, she remained in constant contact with us and our local realtor, to coordinate the selling/buying process. When we arrived back to close on the property, Deana arrived with a beautiful potted mum, and a lovely seasonal basket. The closing was absolutely perfect! You cannot go wrong with choosing Deana Frechette as your realtor. She goes out of her way to research properties, paint colors, inform you of rules/regulations in the state, and suggest subcontractors, etc. We now can say Deana is not only our realtor, but our friend!

My 4th house and 4th realtor. She was better than my previous 3 put together and I will never use anyone else again. She truly works for you. She doesn’t sent you a link to search for your own houses she finds you actual houses that fit your wants. She has contacts with builders and lenders and uses them to get you all your options on the table. Always replied within the hour to any and all random questions I had. She has substantial knowledge and experience in every aspect of the home buying experience and was by my side every step of the way. She is truly Da Bomb! Would give 10 stars if I could!
