I recommend Julie to anyone looking for a fast, efficient and stress free experience. Her office handles everything from start to finish, so the entire process was seamless and smooth. It's hard to find a Realtor these days who's knowledgeable, has great communication skills, and concerned with the best interests of their clients, all in one agent. We first used Julie 7 years ago to find us our perfect starter home for our little growing family. Fast forward 7 years later when we decided it was time to find our forever home we wouldn't trust anyone but Julie to sell our home, she had our house under contract less than 24 hours after it was listed!!! Julie made the home shopping and buying process easy, fun and painless!! She knew every house on the market, she worked day and night to show us every home which she thought we might be interested in. We couldn't seem to find what we were longing for and she made she to not let us settle, she then proceeded to help us find the most PERFECT lot and an amazing home builder to work with. She was always so professional and prompt and I couldn't imagine doing this kind of business with any other realtor.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Julie she made the house searching process so smooth! We extremely appreciate everything she did for us. She lined everything up that we wanted to see quickly and we were able to find the perfect home way faster than either of us expected. Julie went out of her way to make sure that we were completely happy with the house we choose and that we got everything we desired down to the smallest details.Not to mention when we closed she went out of her way to entertain our son while we signed paperwork which was a huge help and to top it off she brought us a homemade gift basket too that she even included little things for my son as well! I will definitely be recommending all of my family and friends if they need to buy or sell anything to Julie at Realty Exchange.

I listed my home for sale with Julie Sabine. My house was going to be an issue to comp due to the extensive upgrades made during a full house renovation. Julie had a professional photographer for the interior and drone shots. My house was truly marketed. Beautiful handouts, adds in top real estate magazines, etc. I received multiple offers and full price. Now Julie had to find me a place to live, which she easily accomplished.This is not my first time buying and selling real estate. I have never worked with a more professional team. No matter who you talk to at Realty Exchange, everyone is extremely pleasant and helpful. While real estate transactions are fraught with stress, Julie went out of her way to minimize the anxieties.
