I can't say enough good things about Bee Powell and her team at Bee Realty Corp. From the start, they did an excellent job getting my home in front of buyers, with strong listings on Zillow and the other major sites. Jackie kept me informed and connected through the whole process, which made a real difference, and the result spoke for itself: my house sold quickly and very close to my original asking price, and it did so in a tough market.What really set Bee apart was her "Silver Key Service." Her team handled the things I didn't want to deal with myself, from small repairs and painting to landscaping and clearing out furniture I couldn't keep. Elaine worked hard to sell my old bedroom set, living room couch, rug, coffee tables, entertainment center, and kitchen table and chairs, along with a hutch, and she even managed to haul away a large, heavy outdoor grill that was too worn to sell. It was as close to hands-off as I could have hoped for.If you want a realtor who delivers results and takes care of the details along the way, I'd recommend Bee and her team without hesitation.

I could not be more pleased with Bee and her team. The thought of buying a home can be quite stressful. Even finding the right realtor to guide and represent you is nerve-racking. I am so glad that I decided to do my extended research to find Bee Realty Corp, and not just go with anyone. Brenda, our real estate agent worked diligently helping my husband and I find the perfect home for us. She had no problem keeping up with our fast pace and booked a showing for every house we were interested in. Once we found the perfect home, Bee did a remarkable job at negotiating the deal and making sure that everything negotiated, was in our best interest. During the contract period, Jacky did her due diligence at keeping us informed every step of the way. Any questions we had, she was always willing to answer. As veterans, we also appreciate the knowledge and recourses they had dealing with VA regulations regarding the inspection of the home. Start to finish, a fantastic experience! Bee set the price, which we thought was a little high, but, apparently she knows a bit more than we do! Two cash offers within 5 days of listing. We closed at 97% of our list price. The team at Bee's Realty was on top of things the entire time. They were always available for our questions and responses were pretty much immediate. We've bought (or built) 14 homes that we lived in, not investment properties. We've used realtors and sold a few ourselves. I can honestly say that this was the smoothest selling process we've had and that is due to the level of professionalism of Bee and everyone we dealt with on her staff. Friendly, accommodating, professional...everything you'd want. We would recommend them and would definitely use them again!

We were moving from Deland and Bee's "Silver Keys Services" was an excellent choice. Bee Realty was ready when we finalized our moveout plans and got our house staged (great pictures by real pros), listed and under contract in 4 days. They put us in contact with a local packing company and a mover. The two worked together to ensure proper packing, loading and moving of our house and car. Everything arrived on time and in great shape.Bee's crew even had a house cleaner ready after we moved out. We have bought and sold 4 times in 10 years, and this was the easiest and lowest stress List/Sell/Pack/Move/Close we have ever experienced. The Buyers were also impressed with how prepared the house was and how smoothly everything went.We highly recommend Bee Realty Group, whether buying or selling!
