I can’t recommend Jonathan highly enough. He is knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and the absolute epitome of professionalism.We first met Jonathan when we looked at a home where he was the listing agent. Even though we ultimately decided not to buy it, he invested so much time showing us the property and remained gracious and helpful throughout the entire process. Because he knew how much we love historic homes, he later reached out just to show us another historic property he thought we’d love. There was no pressure or sale involved—he just genuinely wanted to share something he knew we’d appreciate. That gesture spoke volumes about his character and how much he values cultivating genuine relationships.Not long after, we stumbled upon a historic fixer-upper. Jonathan was the first person we called. Once again, he was incredibly reliable, supportive, and hardworking. He handled countless details behind the scenes, advocated for our best interests, and ultimately saved us more money than we expected.Working with Jonathan was an absolute pleasure, and we gained a friend in the process. I recently encountered a concerning experience with Jonathan Mills, who listed a house for rent in High Springs. After initially posting the listing, he took three days to respond to my inquiry. Following his request, I promptly submitted a prequalification application, disclosing my stable employment, substantial income, and offering a guarantor as added security. Given my intentions to rent temporarily (one year) while looking for my forever home, I expected a more efficient process.However, Jonathan's communication ceased after the initial request, with five days of silence prompting me to reinitiate contact. Despite multiple attempts, I received no response, only to be informed via email that my prequalification was rejected without explanation.This experience highlights the importance of professionalism and effective communication in real estate transactions. As I seek to purchase my forever home and invest in local properties, I'm reminded that working with a responsive and client-centric agent is paramount. Jonathan's approach appears to prioritize quantity over quality, which can lead to undue stress and uncertainty for clients.When selecting a realtor, I urge others to prioritize those who demonstrate clear communication, empathy, and a genuine commitment to their clients' needs. A good agent can make all the difference in navigating the complexities of buying, selling, or renting a home. I did not receive any of these attributes with my dealings with Jonathan Mills unfortunately.

I am generally not one to make endorsements; but, my recent experience of listing and selling my house has encouraged me to do just that. I did a great deal of research on local Realtors before inviting three to interview for the listing. Jonathan Mills clearly made the most professional presentation for the listing. He was well-prepared and had credible responses for all of my questions and comments. Once the listing was secured, he helped prepare my home for showing and sold it over asking before the listing went live. He continued to support me and the sale and, when that buyer unexpectedly backed out, he sold my home AGAIN on the very same day! He has been accessible and professional throughout this process. I cannot say enough about the importance, to me, of working with a supportive and forthcoming Realtor and Jonathan Mills is exactly that. I strongly and enthusiastically recommend him and his dynamic team.

We relocated to Gainesville, Florida from Arizona during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. As first time home buyers, we weren't sure if we could find everything we were looking for in a home on one trip with so many restrictions in place. Jonathan Mills laid the groundwork for success from the beginning. He listened to what we were looking for, narrowed the field of possible homes, and showed us areas in and around Gainesville that we might not think to look. The entire process was clear and transparent, with no pressure. It's been almost a year since we initiated our move and we love our house and neighborhood.

I had to sell my house while living out of state. Several realtors where contacted. One even went to the location and talked a big game. He never followed up. When I contacted Jonathan he went out, was straight forward and honest about expectations. He gave me his advice and explained why or why not! My home sold quickly and efficiently. The only negative I could possibly come up with is that he might try to do too much. But always came through.
