From our first meeting with Lisa, we knew she was the realtor for us. We had a fast timeline and needed to sell quickly. Her powerhouse energy and depth and breadth of knowledge impressed us, and the confidence she displayed as well as her record of successful sales and satisfied clients convinced us to sign a contract with her. And are we glad we did! We were buying out of state and selling here, all on a fast track, and coordinating the two processes would have been incredibly difficult without her help (it had been 23 years since we last entered a real estate transaction and were pretty lost in how to navigate that, especially in today’s market). Lisa was truly there to set up and guide every step of the way. Her marketing techniques are outstanding, and her intimate knowledge of the Gainesville market made for as smooth a process as one could imagine! She not only got us an excellent price for our property, but also saved us from several potential headaches along the way. Lisa is an amazing Realtor. She understands Gainesville and surrounding area market extremely well and works extremely hard. We were able to sell our house quicker than expected. Lisa handled all of the details of selling the house so the process was effortless on our part. She is a fantastic professional who really knows the real estate business .
