We bought a condo from Eric Leightman 17 years ago when our daughter was going to UF. Between my husband, daughter and myself we managed our own condo. Finally got smart and hired his property management company to take care of finding tenants and keeping the unit in tip top shape. This is my second time selling a house with Eric and my experience was above and beyond again! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with him. I was out of the country for most of the time we were fielding offers and he too care of everything in a timely and professional manner. We needed to have our house treated for termites and had both electrical and roofing issues to address in order to pass our 4 pt inspection and he took care of everything so I could enjoy our vacation and not stress about coordinating with contractors. I would give Eric 10 stars if I could!
