My husband and I moved to Gainesville last year and made the decision to buy recently. From our first interaction Sam has been our comfort zone. Buying a house is truly the most exciting and terrifying thing we have done. Sam grew to understand what we wanted because he was actively listening in every conversation. I said no cookie cutter he remembered no cookie cutter. He responded within minutes, seconds sometimes, to our texts and talked me off the ledge whenever necessary. We were able to depend on him for the countless referrals necessary to complete this process. In other words we could not have done it without his knowledge, dedication and compassion. Today he looked at us and said "lets go buy a house." Again he was there with us during the appointment with the attorneys to close and we felt comfortable because he had us. At every turn and every showing and every scary moment he had us. Just like family. Thanks Sam
