This review is long over due, but Jordan is Amazing! First he helped sell our house, which was sold and closed on in less then 45 days. Then when my plans fell through to build a house he helped me buy my own dream home. Cause there was no way I was going to go to anyone else but Jordan. Jordan and Carlos worked together to find the perfect house for my family and I can not thank them enough. The go above and beyond to make sure your happy with what ever choice you are making.

Jordan, hmmm, never seen or heard from the guy, till he found our dream home! Go figure! That's how great this guy is! I didn't even know he was our agent till someone called (in the infamous Batman voice) "I'm Jordan" I found "your" home and that was it. 30 days later we are in our 1924 home out in the country with acreage! I still don't know who this guy is, but if he calls you, or if you find him use him! Tell him Henry and Karen said thanks for fighting realtor crime around the world ;)

Jordan recently helped me purchase my first home, the skills displayed from start to finish might be the best I've ever seen in any industry. Anywhere. Ever. it's almost as if he's the Tom Brady of Real Estate, a field general if you will. Tell him your home buying goals and heed his professional advice and you will more than likely get exactly what you're looking for as long as your expectations were realistic. If you're looking for a straight shooter who is armed with a surplus of knowledge then this is your guy, if you're not then ill leave you with this. Was relocated for a new job to Florida. Jordan knowledge of the area with understanding of what we were looking for made the transition much easier. With a small window of time to find a home, Jordan found some great prospects for us to look at. He also recommended a great home inspector to ensure our pick was going to be the best.

Jordan was just the remedy to our home searching issues , and we had some big ones. We had no idea what we were in for, were getting tossed around by other mortgage and realtors who just wanted to sign papers and move on. Jordan did the opposite. He took the time to get to know us, talk with us, walk us through the process and constantly reassured me! Jordan was always honest. He told us what we could find, when to look, was honest about what would happen if we waited, and gave us tips on what HE would do. He wanted to truly help us and not just make a cut. He sat back and let us discuss houses, tour them and did not hang on our every word or pressure us. Jordan was very professional and was respectful of our time and our opinion. I am thankful we had Jordan on our side, and have recommended him to many friends andy own father ! Thank you Jordan for all your help! Only thing I would have liked is him putting together some houses for us that we might not have found. He let us tell him what we wanted to see and what we wanted, but we didnt know the area so finding houses was difficult for us. This was our fault for not asking him to find us a few houses to view. But we found our home and that's what matters! Thank you!

If you want honesty and a realistic professional view for your buying situation Jordan is your guy. He will not waste your time or let you waste your money on unrealistic home buying expenses. He got me into an amazing home which took nearly 3 years to find but he was patient and led me in the right direction. I nearly pulled the trigger on 3 homes that I would have regretted thinking back now. Greatly recommended!!!
