While the sale was completed,I was disappointed with the level of communication and personal attention throughout the process. I felt there were too many layers involved,with frequent e mails,phone calls, and coordination between different people,which made an already stressful experience feel more complicated. I would have appreciated clearer communication,more direct guidance,and a stronger feeling that my concerns and priorities were being fully heard. Selling a home is a major decision,and I expected a more personal and supportive experience from beginning to end. The transaction did close,but the overall service did not meet the level I was hoping for.Maxene Saunders
