Cheryl was a dream to work with. Thorough, knowledgeable and always available. Very professional. We went through 4 places that we did not get. She just kept getting places for us to look at. Did not give up on us.I will highly recommend Cheryl to everybody I know.

Cheryl Brewer was outstanding to work with and we wish we had known her when we first moved to Florida as the agent we used previously was no where near the agent that Cheryl is. Cheryl was prompt in returning calls, was quick to get answers to questions we had, and was very good at getting us back into the home several times during the process to check on things we wanted to look at going forward. She was also very skilled at getting us into the right house as she began to know what we were looking for and needed in a house. I would highly recommend her as an agent and would definitely use her again if the need arose.

If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and singularly the best real estate agent, Cheryl Brewer is the best choice you can make! Our needs were very specific in a hot market. Cheryl was flexible and available to meet our needs and find the home we wanted. She was on top of every aspect of the home buying process. This is the second home I have ever bought, and she made it much easier than the first. Additionally, we had to keep changing real estate agents. One would barely look with us over months of trying. Another just wanted to show us what they wanted, always at the highest budget point we gave him. You probably know the type. Cheryl is a wonderful realtor and a cut above the rest. Thank you, Cheryl!
