Anthony and his team were amazing. They helped us every step of the way and ensured that anything missing was quickly addressed with their fast action and attention to detail. In the last three days, we had some important issues that needed to be resolved regarding financial papers and the HOA. They worked extra hours to ensure we could close on the exact day. Anthony was very good to work with. We were long distance and he kept us up to date on the whole process of the purchase of our house. Anthony allowed me to close on my home with the least amount of money down. His negotiation skills are five star along with his personality!We viewed multiple homes prior to making an offer and executing a deal! He did not push me to make a decision. Working with Anthony was an absolute pleasure, and I highly recommend him for listing your home. He is extremely dedicated and takes great pride in his work. Anthony focuses on using all avenues to get people to view your home, including all the social media tools available today. His marketing video of my home was top-notch, and he used traditional tools like brokers open and open houses. He was always available, immediately returning emails, texts, and phone calls.Most importantly, he personally did everything himself. He does not subscribe to having someone else show your home. It is essential to have continuity so that you know the house is being shown by someone who has intimate knowledge of your home and can answer questions immediately. Anthony was so professional. He has a caring heart. He does not look out for his needs but instead truly listens to clients and makes sure he provides suggestions. He showed many places to my husband and I. We did not buy anything because we were not able at this time to sell our home for the price we needed. We felt that was an answer for the prayer we performed. We told Anthony if we find ourselves needing to do this again he is definitely who we will use.
