Absolutely the Best Realtor I've Worked WithI have sold six homes over the years, and working with Dahlia was by far the easiest and most seamless experience I've ever had.From the very beginning, Dahlia was proactive and honest about what I needed to do to prepare my home for sale. She challenged me on a few things that I initially didn't think were necessary, but looking back, I truly believe her advice contributed to how quickly the home sold. We had it under contract within about 48 hours.What really stood out to me was how much Dahlia anticipated my needs throughout the entire process. She connected me with reliable professionals to help prepare the house, including a handyman, and had a network of people she could recommend for virtually anything that came up. She handled those connections so seamlessly that, while I know there was a tremendous amount of work happening behind the scenes, the process felt incredibly easy for me.She was also excellent at communication. My husband and I had a unique property that we attempted to sell FSBO because we really didn’t feel comfortable with realtors, our experiences with them had been not so great. We quickly realized the unique nature of the property meant we needed professional help to sell it, but I was determined to only list with a realtor that had our best interests in mind and local experience in our neighborhood. I also wanted a realtor with real full time experience, not someone that sells a few properties a year part time. Dahlia was exactly what I was looking for. She is professional, detail oriented, and actually works for her clients. She has a strong knowledge of marketing which was really helpful for us because our property was unique and needed to be marketed in a unique way to find the right buyer. Dahlia was amazing! Professional and on her game from day one. Never missed a beat! As buyers we knew we were gonna be difficult. As we should be. Traveling within a 100 mile range. She was there. We looked at a bunch of houses and we’re gonna put an offer on one. The very next house we looked at, she walked in and said, this is the one. She knew us! She’s a total rockstar who gives 100 percent, from day one to closing. How lucky we were to have found her. 5 stars isn’t enough.

Dahlia is amazing! I felt confident the moment I met with her. I have multiple disabilities and she surely knows how’s to handle each and every one of them. She was my rock and savior. I’m sure we will continue to have a great relationship after all this. Her heart is so big! She goes out of her way, and with you every step you take. Without Dahlia I don’t believe that I could have done all this. She taught me along the way the whole time. Dahlia is the best, so forget the rest. You’ll never be disappointed. Believe me, I’m hard to trust and she earned my trust a 1000 times over.
