Vance Brinkerhoff made a "Clerical Error" listing my condo for sale on all of the internet sites, including Realtor.com, Zillow, etc. My disabled mom who uses my condo was shocked to find a realtor at her door telling her the condo was for sale and wanting entry. When I called the listing number, I was not put in contact with Vance, but was told by one of his colleagues that they don't sell properties without the owner's knowledge. I explained that there was a NORTH and a SOUTH with the same address and I thought they had used the wrong one by mistake. I was called "Look Lady" as I was chastised and did not hear back from Vance. I called again to explain and was hung up on. I then received a call saying they had made a "clerical error but it had been fixed". No apology for the previous rudeness. No estimate for how long the inaccurate information would remain online. Nothing. Just, It has been fixed and hung up. Rude personnel, inaccurate and sloppy work. This could have just been a funny story, but it turned out to be a big eye opener about Vance and his fellow agents. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM!!!!!Also, thanks a lot for connecting my name to a property that is being "Short Sold". Much appreciate the blast to my reputation as well as your rude behavior.
Vance helped me purchase a condo through a search that exhausted all of the possibilities at the time I was ready to purchase. He is extra knowledgeable and highly proficient multi-tasker. He was always willing to go after the answer to my question, if he did not know it readily, which was pretty much never. There were some adjustments to make during the search, and Vance was able to facilitate that at every turn. I was highly satisfied with the outcome.
