Buyer/Seller Beware!Our experience with Jason was extremely disappointing. As first-time sellers, we trusted the guidance of our initial agent, Sylvia Collada, who overvalued our home, resulting in zero offers. Communication was poor — our calls went unanswered and voicemails were ignored.After being reassigned to Mike, we lowered the price significantly, yet still received little interest. Instead of constructive advice, we were blamed for not reducing the price further. There was a consistent lack of accountability and professionalism throughout the process.Just before our contract ended, a showing occurred without our knowledge, followed by a “take it or leave it” offer at our bare minimum price — raising serious concerns. We declined as it didn't seem right and we had no interest in their continued service.Once we switched companies, the difference in communication and respect was immediate. We would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I don't usually do this however I called Jason on renting a home he was so kind and considerate and had someone get back to me immediately her name was Jennifer this woman bent over backwards for me we had a short time to find a home and a lot of Demands she was constantly sending us homes Jen and I were constantly speaking on the phone or texting she even took time out of her daughter's wedding to speak to me end on Easter as well . I feel as if I have found a friend and Jennifer and I have definitely found a Realty Company for our future home to own
