You want an Agent that will list and represent you, but also do their best to sell it. AnnMarie is that person. We lived in PGA Village in Port Saint Lucie and had spoken with several agents prior, but we ended up choosing AnneMarie because of her enthusiasm and expertise, and we couldn’t have made a better decision. She was thoughtful, confident and extremely hard-working. She was a firecracker from the moment we met, guiding us while providing valuable insight. Extremely knowledgeable about the market and quite personable without being overwhelming. Some realtors are only about themselves, but AnneMarie made it her job to be about our needs. Thanks to her and her excellent support team, our property was sold fast and with multiple offers.
