I have used Susan Maxwell several times in the past and she has always done a fabulous job! She is great at keeping us informed, negotiating when needed and is very personable as well. In my last sale, I contacted her when I heard the market had gone up to where I might want to sell and she immediately responded and indicated that we could get our price. 6 weeks later our house was closed with a cash buyer. I highly recommend Susan as she really knows the real estate market and process.
