I am very happy to strongly recommend Stephanie Anson! She recently assisted us in the complicated process of buying a property from out of state, in the context of all the Covid restrictions. She worked hard to make the deal work out, even though there were significant bumps along the way. Even after the sale and before we were able to move in, Stephanie still dropped by the property to check on it for us! On one of those trips, and just before we were to move in, Stephanie discovered that the house had been struck by lightning, causing significant damage. We were essentially helpless to manage the situation as we were in the middle of a move across the country. Stephanie was instrumental in helping to coordinate contractors on an emergency basis. As a result, the power and water was back on by the time we arrived. Stephanie took ownership of the process and really made it work out for us. Very highly recommended.

Stephanie assisted me with the short sale of my home. When we first spoke I was worried about what would happen to me financially and how long it would affect me. She was very thorough in explaining my options to me. I was very hesitant in moving forward and even asked for the home to be taken off the market because I worried myself so much.
