Stephanie was extremely helpful in selling our home in Florida. Her skills and knowledge is exceptional. She was very helpful in taking care of anything we needed and made the transition easy, as we were out of state, which can be stressful. We did not have to worry about anything with the house and she had good resources for us to contact for anything that we needed regarding our home.I would not hesitate to refer Stephanie for selling or purchasing a home. I am very happy to strongly recommend Stephanie Anson! She recently assisted us in the complicated process of buying a property from out of state, in the context of all the Covid restrictions. She worked hard to make the deal work out, even though there were significant bumps along the way. Even after the sale and before we were able to move in, Stephanie still dropped by the property to check on it for us! On one of those trips, and just before we were to move in, Stephanie discovered that the house had been struck by lightning, causing significant damage. We were essentially helpless to manage the situation as we were in the middle of a move across the country. Stephanie was instrumental in helping to coordinate contractors on an emergency basis. As a result, the power and water was back on by the time we arrived. Stephanie took ownership of the process and really made it work out for us. Very highly recommended.

Stephanie assisted me with the short sale of my home. When we first spoke I was worried about what would happen to me financially and how long it would affect me. She was very thorough in explaining my options to me. I was very hesitant in moving forward and even asked for the home to be taken off the market because I worried myself so much. She walked me through the process again and explained how I am feeling is normal. We went under contract my home was sold in just a few months. What was important to me is that she was there every week keeping me informed. I would call her at 7am or even as late as 9pm and she was always there. Stephanie was essential in the process of closing my short sale purchase. She is extremely knowledgable and perfectly aggressive. Stephanie is a very professional realtor that takes the customer's needs first. Her impressive knowledge coupled with the outstanding service she delivers, assists in making the home buying process really pleasant experience.
