Selling your house can be a stressful experience, but with KC on your team you get the personal touch and one of the best experiences possible. She is available when you need her, easy to reach, and stays in touch each step of the way. She lined up multiple back up buyers and provided a spreadsheet with all the offers so that we could make an informed decision. Yes she is knowledgeable and professional but it also feels like you are working with a friend who has your best interest in mind.

KC and her team helped us buy our home in Gainesville, FL and are hands down the best real estate agents we have ever worked with. Moving to Gainesville with zero knowledge of the area, we relied on her and her team to guide us every step of the way. They listen and take all of your input into consideration. Moving in the peak of the real estate craziness, I was hesitant that we would find a place to live. Not only did we find our new home, but we did so during a a weekend visit. I appreciated her approach to know when to ask more questions, when to question something that didn't seem right, and when to stop and think. I 100% attribute our offer being accepted due to her recommendations, as there were several offers on the table. I also appreciate her continuing to answer all of our questions related to resources in the area - from local service providers to home improvement contractors, she consistently points me in the right direction. They truly have a personalized approach - great communication, personable, and know what they are doing!

KC was absolutely wonderful to work with. We worked with her to buy our home in Gainesville and then again when family obligations required us to move to Tampa. She made the daunting task of selling on short notice vastly more manageable with experienced insight on where to most effectively spend our time to prep our home for sale. She arranged for photos, which turned out great, and even helped maintain the property while we were in Tampa and it was for sale. I cannot recommend her enough.

KC and Rob are the best!! They helped me buy a new home and are currently helping me to sell my old home. I've never worked with such excellent realtors. They genuinely care. They understand that, although buying/selling homes is an everyday thing for them-- for their clients, it's one of the most important decisions of their lives. They patiently answered all of my questions. And then over again, when I forgot what they said, weeks later. They made sure I knew what was coming next, what to expect, what I should be working on in the meantime... They were available weekends and evenings, by phone, text, or email. They are local, so they know all the local banks, home inspectors, title agencies, home insurance brokers, etc. So when I needed help getting answers from those other agencies, KC and Rob were quick to reach out on my behalf. With KC and Rob, I felt very supported. I didn't realize, that as a buyer, you could have a realtor have your back like that. Truly great people.

KC made my first time selling a home easy. She was informative about the market and similar listings, communicative, with frequent check-ins via text, call or email (whatever worked best for me), and got me an amazing price in a saturated market. I had a tenant for a while and she collaborated with my property manager while working on showings, even when showings were sometimes challenging to schedule around the tenant's workday. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else in Gainesville to buy or sell.
