I have given my townhouse through Saraha, Pepine Realty. From that day I m facing so many problems. 1. Contracrt was wrong which v have given 3 times to her to change 2. Renters came in our home but v didn't get security deposit 3. V got security deposit 2 days back after so much follow up that is also less & that from Pepine not from renters. Legally v should get from renters. 4. Today also when I called from another number so she picked phone else she was not picking phone from known number 5. Still after 1 1/2 month v have not got security deposit 6. Be aware of her

As a first time home buyer, I did not know a lot of things to look in a house, Erin was always there telling us what to look for inside a house, and letting us know things about either flooring or parts of house we did not know about and how they would affect us in the future. She was also very meticulous in searching listings for us that would fit our needs and showing us the houses.
