My wife and I were very fortunate that TJ Homan noticed our "For Sale by Owner" sign in our yard and telephoned us offering to sell our house, take care of all of the legal stuff for a very reasonable percentage of the sale. When I met with TJ and his dad, Tom, I was impressed with their sincerity and approach to the sale. During my considering whether to use Homan or not, they continued to do everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Their performance after I signed them up is difficult to evaluate because they sold the house within two days at a price higher than I expected. It is unfortunate that I do not own any additional houses in the area that Homan Realty could sell for me. Hire them, you will be glad you did!
