JR and team are amazing! We bought a home while still living out of town and they made the process easy, stress free, and always took our best interests at heart. I wouldn't recommend anyone else as we had to shift quickly from obtaining a mortgage to paying cash which caused delays in our closing date. JR negotiated with ease to ensure the sellers were confident that we were going to get to closing. JR also handles all pre-closing activities for us since we were out of town.
