In a hot market, Tomika was quick to meet us at the home and write up an offer right away. She was accessible and knowledgeable about the area, and even went above and beyond by cont only recommending local contractors, but contacting them personally to get bids. Even after the sale, she has continued to check in with us to ensure we are loving our new home and to offer any assistance or answer questions! Very personable and professional!

I have recommended Sold Sisters to anyone I've heard that's buying or selling. The pics of my house were awesome (especially compared to the previous realtors I had used). They were the most through with making sure everything was in order in regard to selling my house (finding a permit that hadn't been closed out & checking HOA memberships etc) I can't say anything was missed, they made the process easy and I trusted them since I was going to be out of town during the listing period. Very grateful for all the help and keeping me informed during the showing/sale. ????? Tomika & Kimberly were so great to work with.
