Our experience working with Guy Williams was great. He helped us sell my in-law's house in The Villages after they both passed. We were so overwhelmed at first living 12 hours away knowing we were going back to The Villages only one time to prepare the house to be sold. A friend recommended Guy to us and what a blessing that was. We were dealing with so many probate and legal problems. Guy lead us through every problem taking so much stress off of us. I cannot express enough how much we appreciated everything he did for us. No doubt our situation was more than a handful, he took care of us like a pro every step of the way.

Guy assisted me in purchasing my home in the Villages remotely!!!! I was still in Arizona and Guy video'd the home I was ready to purchase with 7 different views and video's (with Owner's permission of course). He was my go between with the Owner and the Title Company. He is professional, extremely detailed and thinks outside the box for you, the buyer, just as if he were purchasing the home.
