Moving from your home state for the first time is stressful!! Debbie and Lee were such a big help from day one. They were very patient and understanding during this unfamiliar time for us. They were there every step of the way, from helping us locate a home to suggestions on businesses in the area, including employment opportunities!! What a fantastic agents! Lee and Debbie went above and beyond for us. We chose our home on Zillow and they were our eyes and ears at the house with a FaceTime walk through before we put in an offer. I would recommend them to everyone. Lee and Debbie are friends for life now!

Debbie and Lee Schoonover really know The Villages, FL and the surrounding area. They were very helpful with the process, knowing the intricacies of property in the neighborhood, and negotiation. We put in two offers with these realtors and one was accepted after much negotiating. We will be moving in to our new home in one week! The Schoonovers have been very helpful after the sale as well with finding laborers, suggesting what improvements are most desired, etc. We will definitely ask Debbie and Lee to sell our house when we're ready!

Deb and Lee went above and beyond to find us a house that would fit all our needs. They listened to what we wanted and only showed us houses that would/could match what we were were looking for. As we all know, buying and selling Real Estate is one of life’s biggest challenges. But working with Debbie and Lee was a breath of fresh air. Any issue that came up was dealt with very professionally and promptly. Moved from Massachusetts to Florida and Debbie was with me every step of the way. Any questions I asked she was right there with the answer. She wouldn’t let me settle she made sure I got the right house for me even if that meant more work for her. She went above and beyond and I could not have asked for a better realtor.
