Cesar sold our home in 3 days for $11K over the asking price. We live out of town and were concerned about choosing an agent sight unseen. We reached out to Cesar after reviewing houses sold in the area and noticing that he had sold a lot of them. By the time we talked the day after sending him an email, he had already looked at our home and was knowledgable about the home, the neighborhood and the market. In addition, Cesar was considerate of our intuitions, financial goals, and preferred timeframes in coming up with a strategy. Cesar was personally involved every step of the way. However, his staff, specifically Hilda, was terrific in ensuring that everything was done correctly. It was unbelievable how easy and successful this transaction turned out to be. We highly recommend Cesar and Hilda.

Who would have thought we would be able to close a real estate deal in the middle of a Pandemic! My husband and I had no idea what the process was to sell a house, so we contacted Cesar based on his stellar reviews and reputation within the community. From our very first meeting, we knew Cesar was the right person for the job. His good-natured attitude and approach, made us feel confident that we would get our house sold despite the circumstances and did it ever! Our property was listed on Friday afternoon and under contract by the following Tuesday morning! Cesar is knowledgeable, professional, honest, and most importantly very quick to respond to phone calls and text messages. A little bump in the road towards the end with the buyer made us nervous, but Cesar resolved the issue in a way that went above and beyond our expectations! His unwavering commitment to making sure we were completely satisfied throughout the process was extraordinary. From listing to closing, the process could not have been more seamless.

When it was time to sell our home we called Cesar because we knew that he was the #1 agent in our community. To say that we were pleased with Cesar's service and professionalism would be an understatement.We priced our home based on current market conditions and sold and closed within 70 days, which was outstanding, based on the current market.I am a retired managing real estate broker with over 25 years of experience working with thousands of agents over the years. I would describe Cesar as an "agent's agent." He is among the best in the business and we would recommend him to anyone, and already have recommended him to friends looking to sell.
