Cesar Trujillo was a caring professional to work with when we were selling our home in Vitalia at Tradition. We were always given adequate advance notice before a requested showing and then provided with feedback after the showing. Cesar is a great communicator which makes the selling process so much easier. If we called or texted with questions or concerns, he usually responded that day. We had numerous friends and neighbors who had used Cesar's team to sell their properties, and we're glad we followed their advice and called him also.

I first met Cesar Trujillo nine years ago when I moved to Florida and he successfully helped me navigate the purchase of a new build in Tradition. Cesar impressed me at that time with his knowledge of the area and his professionalism as a realtor. So when I decided to sell that home and look for another new build at the end of 2025, I reached out to him again. Once again he was very helpful in guiding me in my choice of home in Riverland and was with me every step of the way in that purchase. But more importantly, he took on the task of selling my home in Tradition at a particularly difficult time in the market. Using his wealth of experience, large network of contacts, and a well thought out marketing strategy, he and his daughter Valerie were able to get the house sold at a better price than I had expected. Cesar took all the stress out of the experience and everything went very smoothly including the closing which was quick and seamless.
