My newly pregnant wife & I were making the move to Port Saint Lucie to be closer to family & wanted to make sure we didn't just find a house, but a home that we could raise our new family in for years to come! The Trujillo team went above & beyond to find us a BEAUTIFUL house at an amazing price. I wanted my house sold and Cesar and his team achieved the goal for me. The timing was not great as it was a buyer's market, but we were able to find a happy medium. The marketing people worked with me to get my home to look its best and worked on issues I wanted to accentuate. Luckily for me, the house sold within a few showings. Cesar sold our home in 3 days for $11K over the asking price. We live out of town and were concerned about choosing an agent sight unseen. We reached out to Cesar after reviewing houses sold in the area and noticing that he had sold a lot of them. By the time we talked the day after sending him an email, he had already looked at our home and was knowledgable about the home, the neighborhood and the market. In addition, Cesar was considerate of our intuitions, financial goals, and preferred timeframes in coming up with a strategy. Cesar was personally involved every step of the way. However, his staff, specifically Hilda, was terrific in ensuring that everything was done correctly. It was unbelievable how easy and successful this transaction turned out to be.
