Brittany and her team were AMAZING for our move back to Texas, so much so that she has become my entire family’s realtor. She helped us find and buy the perfect house in Plano, TX. We could not be happier and more satisfied with the attention to detail and seamless process from beginning to end.
We did not have a good experience with Brittany. The most challenging part of working with her was that we could never get a hold of her or get a straight answer from her once we were under contract. Multiple times she would text us back one thing and then tell us another thing over the phone or tell us one thing over the phone and then something different via email. She told us it was because the staff she hired were overseas and didn't always know what they were talking about- but that's a huge problem. Why are you hiring cheap labor abroad that can't actually give us correct information. Another really big ding was we found out that she didn't put in an offer on a house we really wanted. We spoke with the seller's realtor and were told she never came through with the offer. With the house we ended up buying, she never once came to see it. She sent a young, new employee who was under-experienced and didn't catch multiple problems that we found out about after we moved in. At the end of the day she just wanted to get the deal done and she didn't have the patience to talk to us or help us advocate. She was just irritable when we had questions. And once we were under contract it was so hard to get a hold of her, everything was done through her assistants.
