I initially contacted Zillow to discuss a price and the process to sell my mothers home. I got a response very quickly from Kevin Hill to schedule a time to meet at the house. I was not planning on signing anything at the time. I was going to call a couple of other realtors. After meeting with Kevin, my sister and I both felt comfortable signing with the Rhodes Team. Kevin explained the process in a way we both understood. After a little over a week we were under contract to sell. We both feel Kevin went above and beyond to get the right buyer and negotiate for us. He stayed in continuous contact with us so we knew what was happening at all times. The whole process was less painful than we had expected and moved very quickly. Within about 5 weeks we had closed on the sell. We highly recommend Kevin and Rhodes Team.

Aaron Guhl did an outstanding job selling our home in Coppell. We had already moved to Houston so he made all of the arrangements for staging and handled every issue on our behalf. The entire process was stress free, which is very unusual when selling a home. I would recommend Aaron and his team to negotiate your sale too.
Worst Realtor. This man lied to me about pricing, fees, and his ability to be professional. Russell allowed people to view my home with no one around to monitor the people viewing my home which I was still living in and had my personal items in. Visitors broke my shutters and made a mess. His own employees made fun of how I decorated my home and he over charges for his services. Please avoid Russell and his agency like the plague. He also tried to massively undersell my homes by 100’s of thousands of dollars to just say he’s a big realtor in the area . AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Tomas was an absolute joy to work with! He is very professional, knows what he is talking about, knows what he is doing and made the whole home buying process enjoyable! He was willing to look at any house we wanted to see, provided his professional opinion about each one and really helped us narrow down our options to help us find the perfect home!Working with the Rhodes Team was also an enjoyable experience! Thai was also super helpful with providing documents, communicating on things that required our attention and being available for any questions.
