I had a great experience working with Lily to sell our home in Briarwyck. Lily has so much experience in this area and offered so much information and practical ideas on how to set the selling price and prepare and show our home. Our listing looked very professional, providing lots of useful information on the house and great pictures. She got the listing out on the market and after the first open house we had an offer within 3 weeks, and this, over the Thanksgiving holiday period when everyone always says the market is very slow. When we first started looking for a realtor, I personally asked for recommendations for "a shark", and my husband asked AI who's the best realtor in Fort Worth TX. We both independently found ourselves with Lily Moore.Well, we weren't disappointed! If anyone asks us for a realtor recommendation, we would without hesitation pick Lily over and over.She is extremely experienced throughout the whole area and has an incredible eye for spotting problems before you even get to the inspection stage. At one house, she noticed a bad smell and immediately flagged potential mold hidden somewhere inside. At a couple of other houses, she pointed out telltale paint jobs that revealed they were flips - saving us from potential headaches down the road. She could even tell from looking at cracks whether they'd be trouble or just cosmetic. This kind of knowledge is invaluable.Lily is highly available via text and will meet you within the day if her schedule allows. She even comes on Sundays! And here's the thing - although we weren't looking at a million dollar house, she still worked with us with the same dedication and professionalism.We found our home right before Christmas, meaning we had only 10 days to get an inspection and finances done during the holidays. Very knowledgeable about the market. Always responded in a timely manner using texts, phone calls or emails. She went out of her way in helping us getting ready for showings. She knew to provide excellent photos both interior and exterior of our home, including the neighbor's homes and lake, which definitely helped in the sale of our home. We worked with David Attar to sell our home, he was great to work with. He was always available to answer questions and went over and above to help take care of things. From removing the remaining items left behind and cleaning out the garage to locating a contractor to address the repairs the new buyers asked for. Lily did an excellent job on selling our old house and on contracting new-build. My wife and I enjoyed working with her from the first meeting with her. She responded so quickly on any messages that we sent. Her expertise/guidance on pricing, on preparing house, and on selecting timeline for putting house on the market worked incredibly well for us, especially under the circumstances such as holidays and bad winter weather. She did a great job in finalizing the realistic repair-list that the buyer accepted, and helped to find the contractors who can finish all repairs within a tight timeframe.
