While in the Fenney area of the Villages, my friend and I spontaneously stopped at a open house. Mr. Anthony Filone was the realtor. I asked what the selling price and was told $700,000. When I had several questions regarding the bond fee. Whether it was paid off and if the remaining balance was additional. Mr. Filone became curt and nasty. My friend and I didn't complete the walk through and felt the need to leave. There are good realtors and poor realtors. There are plenty of excellent ones in the Villages. Never can I imagine a scenario where a realtor is rude to a potential buyer or future seller.
Anthony is a treasure. He was recommended to me as someone who knows the market well and who could help me sell a house in a complicated market. Anthony completely delivered. I was blown away at how responsive and proactive he was throughout the entire process. Anthony kept me informed to the minute. He is an incredible professional and best of all, just a really good guy. I highly recommend him.
