I’m a traveling medical professional and I decided to sell my home to make life on the road a bit easier. I needed a realtor that could work with me from afar and outsource any necessary updates, repairs, inspections etc. I chose to work with Stephanie Cleason from Duncan Duo Team because their office was just down the street and I figured at some point their close proximity might come in handy. Which ultimately proved true when my electronic lock failed one day and I needed them to let me in. My house was in pretty good shape and but my title situation was not. Stephanie was able to coordinate minor repairs with local contractors and also get me in touch with an affordable lawyer to help settle my title issues. Overall my experience with the Duncan Duo was great and I’d be happy to recommend them to others.

We were very blessed and fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Patrice Walke and team to purchase our new home on lake Keystone. She was extremely professional, friendly and provided top-notch customer service. She is a great asset to have on your side as she provides quality insight, guidance, and a willingness to walk alongside of you when dealing with third party contractors etc. She always made herself available, either by phone or in person for any of our needs or questions. I would highly recommend her and her team if you are looking to purchase or sell a property. She is a Tampa born native, who knows the area very well and will not disappoint if given the opportunity to walk alongside, you.

Jackie listed our townhome, knowing that we were moving out of state before a sale or a closing. She was responsive to our calls, texts and email. We moved to a different time zone and she communicated as needed without the limitations of "working hours." She is knowledgeable of the Tampa Bay market and the joys and limitations of buyers in what is right now, a rough market. We worked with The Duncan Duo on two occasions and this time Jackie specifically was recommended to us by a happy client. She did not disappoint. The online closing was a breeze with a live notary, also professional and pleasant. I highly recommend Jackie and the team based on our experience.

I would not recommend the real-estate services of Joshua Fabelo at any level. Josh lacks the skills of a working professional as a selling agent. It’s all about making the sale and moving on to the next sale, not the customers’ personal wishes and goals. His narcissism and arrogance make it impossible to have any constructive working relationship. Works for the buyer much more when he’s the listing agent for your house. I can honestly say I made a mistake confirming a real estate selling agreement with Joshua Fabelo at Duncan Duo.
