Adam is helping me with buying a new home in Suwanee and he is the best agent I have worked with. He is very knowledgeable and was not trying to sell me options that I wouldn't need. He is very patient and explains everything in detail and was very easy to work with. Adam is one of the biggest reasons for me buying in the community he was the sales agent.

This was our first home purchase and for the first few months we decided to attempt the process on our own. After searching and searching and not finding any homes that met our desires we decided to use Adam Kirkpatrick. He very professionally was able to provide us with some great listings in the area we desired which opened up the door to us finding the home of our dreams. Not only that , but Adam was able to work with the sellers to negotiate our contract to our benefit. Adam helped our family list a house in Kennesaw. I believe we obtained thousands more at closing because of his preparation, knowledge of the market, and his willingness to listen to us, as his clients.Adam also helped us purchase a home in Marietta.
