"Amazing," is what comes to mind with our experience with Michelle and her team. From the moment Michelle came into our home until the signing of the sale of our home we were in "Ahh" of her knowledge and expertise. When selling our home we used her flexible compensation structure which worked very well for us. The buyer wasn't the best experience for us but Michelle handled them with such professionalism. She was always one step ahead of the difficult buyers. I believed she has a crystal ball because everything she said would happened exactly the way she said it would, she knows real estate! I would highly recommend Michelle Humes and her team for anyone wanting to sale or buy a home.

Wow! Just wow! What an experience working with Michelle Humes group! When we were ready to buy, Heather jumped right in and treated us like family! We had a great experience selling our home with Crystal Samples. She made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process and let us know what to expect beforehand. This was our first time selling a home, so we weren’t very familiar with everything that went into it, but she was able to explain all of the details and made the process as simple as possible for us. Sold our home in Jan 2022 and was blown away at how easy the process was! Jessica Kazem was AMAZING to work with as well as the whole office team, they kept us in the loop every step of the way and was constantly communicating with us. I highly recommend the Michelle Humes Group to anyone buying or selling. They are wonderful! It’s a bonus that they provide moving trucks for you to use for free! Do yourself a favor and use them!

Searching for a new home is something that should be special and the least bit stressful, which isn’t always the case. This team made the process as enjoyable as finding a new home can be. Specifically, Crystal Samples was prompt to answering my calls/ texts and all my crazy new home buyer questions which was extremely helpful because this was all so new and foreign to us. I had such a wonderful experience working with Amanda to get our home ready to sell. She answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail- she is knowledgeable about real-estate and truly goes above and beyond to make sure sellers (or buyers) are set up for success. Our home wasn’t within her MLS system and she referred us to another great realtor. She remained a big part of the selling process and made sure all t’s were crossed while providing expertise to make sure we picked the best offer. I can’t recommend her enough.
