I truly cannot recommend Jonathan Spears highly enough. Jonathan is one of the single brightest, most hardworking, efficient and capable business professionals I have ever interacted with in any capacity. He sold my house in 3 days (after it had been listed with another broker for months with 0 offers), navigated an incredibly difficult negotiation/closing, assisted with every aspect of hiring/overseeing necessary home repairs/inspections/cleanings and our entire move. He knows the market, has a deep pool of buyers, does excellent marketing and is responsive 24/7. It was a pleasure working with him from the first call to the closing.

I’m not being hyperbolic when I say I can’t recommend Jonathan and his team highly enough. Not only did he find us a buyer almost immediately, he walked us through the entire process with professionalism, grace, and not a small amount of hand-holding. By the end of my time working with him I trusted him 100% to make important decisions on my behalf, and every time I followed his advice regarding negotiations, contractors, etc. I was glad I did. From start to finish Jonathan and his team have been awesome to work with. Since we were not located at the house that was sold, Jonathan's team took on some things that normally would have been done by us. They cleared out our owner's closet, moved the contents into storage facility so we could close quickly and come back at a later date to retrieve the contents. Jonathan hired a contractor to help get repairs done in order to pass inspection and close on the house. All communication with Jonathan and his team was prompt and professional.

We have always wanted a beach house and had looked (on and off) for many, many years. However, our buying experience was exponentially enhanced once we found the perfect broker for us, in Jonathan. We were very impressed with his professionalism and his responsiveness to our needs. He really paid attention to the things that were most important to us in a beach home. He got to know our tastes and pushed us to look at a home in an area of Destin that we had previously discounted. And now we proudly call that home, "Our Home". Jonathan did a tremendous job negotiating on our behalf and helping us through the entire process. It was never too late or too early to call or text him with a question. He and Sara were always happy to help in any way they could, and we never felt that we were bothering them with silly requests. My wife and I were looking for a beach house in the panama city beach area in September/October of 2016 and saw a few on Zillow that seemed to be a good match for our budget. We inquired through Zillow and were contacted by Jonathan Spears and his colleague CJ within one hour of sending the request. We setup an appointment for the following weekend, and met Jonathan on Saturday. He had prepared a portfolio of houses to look at, that met our requirement. He also explained us in detail what to look for, which location were more attractive, and discussed the recent sales in the area, so we could have a reference point. We spent the whole Saturday with him, and decided to put an offer on a house that we really liked, and that we ended up buying.Jonathan was very reactive and trustworthy, which was a key factor in our decision to put an offer that same weekend.
