Callan is knowledgable, energetic, hardworking, positive, honest and direct. We needed someone local we could rely on since the transaction was being completed from out of state. Callan listened carefully to our preferences to help us find a great property that met all of our criteria. The condo we desired had some issues that made it difficult to obtain approval from lenders. When we assumed we needed to move on to another property, Callan was proactive in finding a bank that approved the project. She was hands on during every phase of the process and was key in working with Title, 1031exchange company and our lender to get us closed on time. Callan was very responsive. She either answered my calls or sent a quick message if she was unavailable, and she called back shortly thereafter. Callan never seemed annoyed at our many inquiries and responded with substance. Purchasing a property remotely with 1031 funds and financing can be a stressful, complicated process, and Callan was understanding of that.Our deal would not have happened without Callan running point. She is a true professional. My wife and I highly recommend Callan.
Wow! Only word to describe our experience with Callan. We were buying unseen, PCSing from New Mexico to Florida, and our first ever house, and I truly felt like a friend was taking care of things for us. She found us the perfect house, in the perfect price range, and a new build. She then proceeded to go and take photos and video the build progress for us while we were still in New Mexico! Highly recommend her, and so happy we picked Callan!

Callan was great, made everything seem easy. As a first time home buyer I highly recommend her for a swift and breezy home sale. I put in a total of 3 offers on 3 homes with the 3rd being a success. She never pressured me to make a decision just offered helpful advice when needed. Probably most importantly she would work with my schedule, since I have work 5 days a week through the Military. That includes weekend when most people have the most time to search or get things done, she was very responsive during that time.
