I’ve purchased and sold multiple properties with his team and I can sincerely say that they are second to none.Everyone works with a sense of urgency. Paul is the ONLY realtor we will work with. He helped us sell our first home. He helped us purchase our second home. Then he helped us sell our second home when we got orders to New Mexico. Him and his crew updated our home for resale, bringing it from 1977 to the 21st century, which helped sell it quick & it looked beautiful! I was so sad to have to let it go. While I know I must drive him crazy while we're in the midst of "the process," he is always incredibly knowledgeable, and just as helpful when we have questions. And in my case, he's very patient because I ask A LOT of questions! He will do what needs to be done to ensure you are getting the best bang for your buck, and he is a trusted advocate for military buyers. My husband & I intend to move back to Fort Walton Beach in the next couple of years, and will absolutely be using Paul to buy our forever home! Paul and his "Shark Tank" are true professionals. I met Paul sitting on a board for the homeless community. When I needed to leave the area, I was very nervous about selling my house in Shalimar. Paul personally came and looked at my house. He asked me to come to his office soon after. He had me meet his team and they put together a prelisting plan to sell my house. I moved out of my house and left the state for my new job - talk about being nervous. Paul's team kept in constant contact with me on all issues and concepts. His team worked through all of the repairs we agreed upon. In addition, I only had a certain amount of room in two POD storage units for moving. So, his team even packed up my leftover items, took them to UPS and shipped them to my next address. There are not many agents/teams that operate in such a professional and efficient manner. His team staged my house and within a month we had a contract. If that was the end of the story, it would be great. However, the first buyers had finance issues and tried to drag the process along thinking they would be able to make it happen. However, Paul and his team were not sure the process would come to fruition. So, he advised me to break the contract. Then, he relisted my house. I have to believe that he has a pipeline to God - because within a week, Paul had my house back under contract and moved it to closing in less than a month. When you work with Paul and his team, you are not truly working with a real estate agent. No, you are working with a family, an investment family. This team understands to the dollar how to rise to the level of a client's expectations. Further, they will seek to exceed a client's expectations. So, would I recommend Paul to anyone moving to the Emerald Coast of Florida? I would do so more than any other realtor in that area. I cannot speak highly enough of the Domenech group. They are true professionals and their expertise showed throughout the home buying process. I highly recommended using their services. My specific realtor (Josh Colbert) was incredibly patient and I felt absolutely no pressure to buy a home that didn’t suit me. He worked countless hours on the weekends to get me into the perfect home. Once my offer was accepted, I was pleasantly put into the hands of Ann Paulsen who seamlessly coordinated to make the closing process as painless as possible. Great job guys!

Paul and his team concept is one of his strengths. The fact that I used him twice to sell properties speaks volumes about my absolute confidence that his responsiveness, communications with he and his team and his great staging of the properties set him apart from any other real estate agent. He did an incredible job marketing my property and worked to create a document for the open houses that showcased it which is the reason I had confidence for me that he would get the property sold. His team concept is dynamic and the reason he is so easy to work with.

I can’t say enough good things about Paul and his remarkable team. We contacted them to help us sell our home. We had already purchased a home in another state so we weren’t going to be in the area to really do anything.Paul’s group did a magnificent job getting our home spruced up and staged. They communicated with us every step of the way. Working with Paul, Josh, and Ann was nothing short of an amazing experience. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and met with us the very next day to get an offer submitted for the home we wanted to purchase. During our meeting Josh enrolled us in their VIP program. Generally, "VIP" programs don't mean much and is just a phrase thrown around to make someone feel special. This was absolutely not the case here - we truly felt like VIPs with the amount of communication and feedback we had with the team. Any question we had was answered within minutes and we knew exactly what was happening at every step of the process.Aside from scheduling pest & home inspections (for which they provided a list of fantastic options) and providing financial information to our lender, the team took care of everything else for us. By the time the process was completed, and we had closed, it felt like everything had been handled for us. They handled all communication with the seller’s agent, the title company, and even the lender when it wasn’t information that was needed directly from us. What would normally be a stressful experience was stress free thanks to Paul, Josh, and Ann.

Paul and his extensive team of contractors updated the home I was selling, paying specific detail to current trends and staying within a reasonable budget and time frame. Not only was I selling a home, I was also looking to purchase a new home. Paul, Alaina and Ann were very helpful in negotiating the contract for my new home, ensuring the contingencies were met, and scheduling with the title company so that both homes closed quickly and at the same time. I highly recommend Paul and his team because they are readily available, responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and conduct business with high standards and morals, which is often hard to find in today's real estate industry.
