I usually do not post much on the internet, but this situation was so egregious I feel compelled to do so. We just finished selling our house in Bedford Texas. Initially we did our research and chose “The Walll Team” to list our home with. By all accounts they seemed like a good fit for the Mid-Cities area. In the beginning things seemed normal to good. For the record, this is our third time selling our home. As it happened “The Wall Team” brought the buyers to the transaction. Therefore, they brokered for both parties with separate agents. The Wall Team hold themselves out to be a Christian Business, but they did some very Un-Godly things to us as the “Sellers”. Once offers started coming in and when we were under contract, things went downhill very fast. For the initial offer as the seller, we gave in to paying for Title insurance and a home warranty. In hindsight we should never have agreed to pay for title insurance. There is zero benefit to the seller from it. When I asked “The Wall Team” why the seller should pay for title insurance this went as an unanswered question. This was among many unanswered questions. Once the inspection period began The Wall Team’s hand selected vendors for the buyers went thru our home and prepared a report for the buyers that made us look like derelict homeowners. The report made my wife cry and for that The Wall Team is “Unforgiven”. We have in fact made many quality upgrades to the property. Their roof specialist inspected our roof and condemned our roof, suggesting we make a claim with our insurance company to get it replaced. What message is this sending to the buyers? What gives them the right to play Russian Roulette with our insurance company? We ended up eating the cost of a roof replacement to close the deal. Real Estate transactions are not very favorable for the seller. We got painted into corners because of how The Wall Team represented the buyer. I feel they failed us as the “Sellers” grossly. Our interests were not very well represented. Especially, since we are the party that generated the commission. The Wall Team did not earn their commission on this transaction, they stole it from us. My advice as a seller is get a lawyer and DO NOT list with The Wall Team.

My Husband and I have had the privilege to know Laurie and work with her team on 4 different occasions with the sale and purchase of homes in the Colleyville area. Laurie is first-class and knowledgeable in all things real estate; marketing, contracts and ensuring that the whole process start to finish is as painless for her clients as possible. In order to do that; she has the best people in the business on her team. Sharon Hughes in particular is just a great human and someone I look forward to talk to during these transactions! My Husband and I would not call anyone else to help us purchase or sell our home...The Wall Team is family now! :)

Stay far away if you're selling your home. Unresponsive, and very passive with your home. It will sit on the market while they sit on their butts. There is no active marketing. Their form of marketing is relying on an SEO company to boost their website on google. Before signing the contract be sure to read section 5.D.3. They require compensation if you decide to terminate your contract with them. Laurie Wall is the owner of this group and was extremely rude to our family upon termination. Overall we were not happy with them due to lack of progress, communication, or solutions offered. They have a very, "sit back and wait" approach with the sale of your home. Last, but not least, the commission they charge is outrageous compared to other companies. Especially for the small amount of effort they actually do on the selling side of things. Tldr: I wouldn't recommend this company, nor it's selling agents to anyone, and I advise that review readers approach them very cautiously, if at all.

In the past, I had always sold my homes by owner and was confident in the process. With my most recent home (and in this great market!) I was shocked when it sat for 3 months with no offers. I was feeling stressed and frustrated when I called the Wall Team. I picked them because they had the most sales in our area. They did not disappoint! They brought peace to the process, and within 2 weeks we had a good offer on our home with a qualified buyer! And, the 30 day closing process went perfectly. There was someone from their team walking us through every detail of the process and made it SO easy. I will definitely not hesitate to use them again!

The Wall Team has sold 2 homes for our family in the past 5 years. Both times our homes contracted/sold within the first week. Their expertise in pricing, negotiating, and choosing a good buyer's contract from the ones that could possibly back out for whatever reason was an invaluable resource to us in selling our homes both quickly and for top dollar. We also sold our homes at and above appraised value due to this ability to pick strong contracts. The Wall Team also is quick to respond to questions and needs post the closing of a home. Several times I needed market information for my taxes and was responded to and given need information within 24 hours. I will continue to use The Wall Team in the future and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone selling or buying a home as well.
