It was truly a wonderful experience working with Kathy. Kathy represented the seller in my transactions but was truly there to assist me in my purchase from start to finish. Kathy kept in touch daily along the way completely representing her client but helping me by answering questions, and directing me to my next steps in my purchase. Kathy was outstanding if selling your home in the villages you need to use her and especially don’t use the villages realtors as they are not MLS agents and first look to sell the new village homes

Kathy is OUTSTANDING! She brokered a deal where she was contracted by the seller as their agent, and also assisted my husband and I as the buyer. She was so attentive in guiding us through the process and answering any questions and addressing any concerns we had. She scheduled our home inspection, followed up that all issues were resolved, provided instructions regarding utility transfers… there wasn’t anything Kathy didn’t enthusiastically help us with. To this day, I know I can contact her with any questions and she will make herself readily available. She truly is just THE BEST at what she does - second to none.

Kathy did an excellent job in the sale of our property in The Villages. She is very personable, knowledgeable, helpful, easily reached, very responsive, meticulous, and truly a pleasure work with her. Owning property in many States from Calif. to Florida, having worked with many brokers over the last 49 years, I cannot say enough about Kathy, clearly the top of her game. As for our property in The Villages, we had given the listing to another RE agent 1 year earlier. Trusting that agent was a waste of time in that he had the listing for 1 year, conducted many open houses but did not bring us a single offer in that year. Soon as we pulled the listing from him and made the decision to go with Kathy, she jumped right on it, brought us a purchase offer 2 days later. Unfortunately, that purchaser fell through because there was a problem with their listing. Kathy again went back to work, brought us another viable offer 2 days later, a great all cash offer with minimal contingencies. That buyer was great, the sale quickly consummated through Kathy, closing escrow in less than 30 days, a few days earlier than planned. Having wasted a year with the previous agent, doing open houses with no results in a year, it was truly like a breath of fresh air when Kathy took over the listing. I cannot say enough good about Kathy - She represents your real estate interests in The Villages, you will not regret it!

Kathy made sure I was kept in the loop for all communications and let me know key details to review on the inspection report. During a time of my life where I was adapting to a new area, Kathy made sure I had peace of mind throughout the whole process. I couldn’t imagine buying a house with anyone else!
