Kathy did a fantastic job for us as the entire transaction was remote. We bought the home sight unseen and she helped us navigate the process seamlessly. Kathy was outstanding in so many ways in our home purchase, We only had a few days to find a property that would fit us. I provided the list of the homes we wanted to see, and even added a last minute one to the list. Kathy always did everything possible to see that our needs were met. When we asked to see a property a second time just to be sure, it wasn't a problem. She even gave us referrals for painting and flooring. Because of Kathy our closing went great, and we are so delighted with the home we purchased. All the advice we received from Kathy was just great!

Kathy was great. She had been recommended to me by a friend whose home sale Kathy had handled. She was easy to work with, knew how to stage my home to highlight its positive aspects. She scheduled multiple open houses to maximize exposure, and always followed up with me after each open house. When an offer was made on the property Kathy was able to expedite the closing to accommodate both the buyer’s and seller’s tight schedules. I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking to sell or buy, without hesitation or reservation.
