A great experience with John on the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. This was done simultaneously and we were we able to do all at the same time day of closing. Transaction was so smooth and can't think him enough for what he did.

I currently have my home listed with John Hubbert Jr. He came highly recommend from a friend who is a long time & well respected local realtor. John is an educated, well spoken gentleman who is eternally passionate and aggressive regarding his business and has a work ethic that leads to positive results. He is incredibly responsive when prompted or needed for anything. He is quite creative when it comes to marketing strategies and I am completely satisfied with him as my realtor although my home hasn’t sold as of yet. He has the monumental task of overcoming this incredibly difficult market place. If you want a great realtor who will Meet your expectations, doesn’t just sell you with talk & promises, work for you and walks the walk, look no further than John!

We're so happy to have found John just in time to spend the holiday in our new house! Our situation was very difficult, husband relocated to Lakeland, our family was splitted in half for 3 months and we were being outbidded every house we tried with another agent... but after the right guidance and perseverance of John we finally got the house that check all the requirements our family needed just in time for Christmas. He was friend throughout this process and genuinely care for us. Outstanding Customer service, always on top of every detail and situation, and just a phone call away. Thank you !

John really went the extra mile selling our house. He was a great negotiator and was there to walk us through the whole process. He always makes himself available when you need him. He put a lot of effort into the staging process as well and his marketing photos were top notch. We had an unusual property and he was able to sell quickly and at asking price. His knowledge of the local market is unparalleled. I highly recommend him.

John is an excellent realtor and I highly recommend him. His integrity is excellent and he works hard. He is very respectful and fun to work with. He cares about the people he is working with and goes out of his way to help in any way he can. It is easy to see that he loves his job and this makes all the difference. He was with us every step of the way, even sitting through closings. He always answered any questions we had and if he did not know the answer, he would find someone who did.

Hands down the best realtor out there , Mr.Hubbert was very attentive to all my needs , if I had a question or didn’t understand something , he was there to help answer and explain it , ONE OF THE FEW , he took time out of whatever he was doing just to help me whenever I needed it , always quick to call me back , I 100% couldn’t have bought my own home without him , you know that feeling when you trust the people you work with , like family , this is the guy ,there’s just not enough good things to say about John , great person and now good friend and whenever I look for my next house I will ONLY call him .
