Cindy does an excellent job and is very responsive. Any questions or answered or dealt with immediately paperwork information is processed immediately negotiation skills could improve a bit. Otherwise, I would highly recommend her over any other real estate agent I’ve ever worked with.

Cynthia did a fantastic job for me and we did it all remotely as I was living in Alaska and could not come to see houses, preview anything or sign paperwork. All was done remotely. Cynthia was responsive to my questions no matter the time of day, and helped me secure a great home at a great price.

We recently moved from Miami to Ocala and knew absolutely nothing about the area, so having the right realtor was incredibly important. Cindy was amazing from start to finish. She was extremely responsive and always just a text away. Every time I wanted to tweak our search, add a filter, or narrow things down, she did it immediately and sent us new homes that actually matched what we were looking for.During showings, Cindy was engaging, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. She never pushed us toward anything that didn’t fit our needs and made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Cindy was fantastic. She must be the hardest working realtor around. No message took more than 10 minutes for a response, usually faster. She is super knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to show us a house or property. Selling our house, that went perfectly. Honestly you could not ask for a better more 'on top of it' realtor than Cindy. I guess you could say that I recommend...very highly!!

Cynthia did an outstanding job in helping us sell our duplex. Cindy was highly recommended to us by my daughter who found her 2 years ago when they were looking for a home. She sang her praises and she was not wrong. Cindy was fabulous! She recommended a realtor in Maryland who helped us with the sale of our home there. Working long distance on a home purchase is not easy. Cindy made is a breeze. She understood our needs and sent us multiple homes to check out. When we made our visit to Florida to check out homes, I didn't think we'd find something on the first trip. But we did! We got the perfect home for us. Checked all our boxes. Cindy and her team are so great. She was with us every step of the way during the sale and closing process. It was the least stressful home acquisition I've ever had. Highly recommend her is you need a realtor.
