I was a home seller, Austin and his team at Chad & Sandy did an amazing job. The process was very smooth, surprisingly fast, and I got more than I expected for my home. Highly recommend this all star realtor - a woman of character, high moral integrity and just a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend her company Chad and Sandy Real Estate Group for their team’s wisdom on how to prepare the property for top dollar offers - visual improvements, photography, their market research for pricing that drew immediate attention, excellent affiliated title company Fidelity National Title, and also Simply Dwell stagers recommended by Rachel. Heather Devine is the Best!!I have purchased 3 homes in the past with other realtors and Heather Devine has exceeded all other realtors I have worked with. This was an extremely stressful purchase because I was buying out of state for the first time. Heather took the time to FaceTime me on a bunch of listings. She guided me based on her taking the time to get to know me and my family from a distance. I felt confident in her being my eyes and heart on each home tour. Her negotiating and people skills are like no other I have worked with. She truly represented me and didn’t rush the process. She’s extremely prompt and eased my mind on many concerns I’ve had putting offers in site unseen. She helped me get my dream home and my family and I couldn’t be happier here in Florida! She checks off every box. Her company managed to get same day sales coordinated and done when it seemed impossible and even had back up plans in place if it didn’t. When I arrived to my house at midnight she gave me the biggest welcome ever!!! We love and her team! Thank you so much your hard work and talent does not go unnoticed!

We definitely chose the right realty group when deciding to sell our home! Everything went extremely smoothly from first listing it, to holding an open house, to having a signed offer for more than the asking price only 3 days later, and now to signing on the dotted line and receiving our money, about 5 weeks later!
