Just bought our very first home with the help of Laleña and Kathy. Before going in I expected it to be a long process of finding a home getting a loan etc. But these two were super responsive and helpful. Laleña was able to find us a home on our first few home tours. It was a smooth and easy process. If were to buy another home I’d trust no one else but the Welch team. George and Nathan were an incredible blessing. I continue to give thanks daily over the last 4 years for them. George listened to me and what I thought I wanted and we visited numerous homes. I was out of town at one point, and found one online and he went and took a video of it for me and sent it to me and asked the agent to please wait on bids until I got back in town the next day to visit it personally. I got the house, on the lake, exactly like I wanted with NOTHING I needed to do before I moved in....then Nathan took over and helped me sell my home in less than a day. He guided me through the process and set things up very quickly. They both were incredibly trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to serve my needs and desires. I can't say anything but good things about them. 4 years later I still am praising them for walking me through these two stressful transactions with little stress to me! Thanks to both of them, and if/when I move again, I will be giving them a call asap!

George Pottenkulam is the best. He has been our family realtor for a long time now. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. Overall, we had an amazing experience with the Welch Team at Keller Williams. Buying a home can be very stressful, but working with George, and Kathy MacDonald as our transaction agent made things a breeze!
