Ashleigh was fantastic. Very responsive, made herself available weekends, late at night, whatever we needed in order to see homes and to close our transaction. I sincerely think we would have ended up in a worse home without her. Any time I need to buy or sell a house in the future, she will be my first phone call. I would strongly recommend working with her. 5 stars!

Ashleigh is amazing. Her knowledge of area, her genuine caring for area and living there makes her the perfect fit for finding right homes, and right people to maybe do some work you may be interested on having done. Her negotiating skills are top notch, and as I like to say, put her up against the Miami suits and watch the magic. Personable, returns texts, calls, and inquiries in moments. Don't even put your phone down, cause her reply is instant. All hours, all days of the week, she is your go to person, dedicated and hard working for her clients. All of this work done while juggling family and life in florida. So very lucky to have had our paths cross.. scale of 1 to 10 She's an 11!!! Kudos my new florida friend and neighbor.

Ashleigh was absolutely AMAZING to work with. She really listened to us and didn’t try to sell us a house we didn’t want. She was so responsive, even answering frantic calls in the evening or weekend when we worried something went wrong! She is so knowledgeable and really helped us feel comfortable through the buying process. If we ever buy or sell a house it will be through her!

Ashleigh is the best! She goes way beyond going out of her way.She's there for you whenever you have a question or need something done.My wife and I just purchased a second house in Sebastian with Ashleigh and she saw everything through to the end and then some. I couldn't make the closing so Ashleigh got the keys and papers for me and arranged for a friend of mine (Mark who lives in Sebastian) to get the keys and papers.
