There are people you hire, and then there are people who actually show up for you. Ali is the latter, without question.From the very first phone call, something was different. She wasn't pitching herself. She was listening, asking the right questions, and being straight with us in a way you don't always get. My wife was out of state for most of our search, and Ali rearranged her schedule, more than once, just so we could all be there for showings together. She never made it feel like an inconvenience. She just did it.What stuck with me most was how she handled her time, and ours. If her phone rang during a showing, she'd pause, look at us, and ask if it was okay to take the call. Small thing. But small things tell you everything about a person.She knows houses cold. During every showing, she'd walk through a property the way a sharp inspector would, pointing out things we never would have caught on our own. And when we had questions, she answered every single one. If she was with another client, she'd tell us honestly and then call us back. She always did. No vague promises. No letting things slip.We came out of this whole process without the stress and frustration that everyone warns you about. That's entirely because of Ali. We feel genuinely lucky to have found her. And honestly, we're keeping her for good.
