Listed and sold a home • 2021

I cannot possibly recommend Matt enough. He's very knowledgeable, super personable, honest to the core, and as willing to go the extra mile as they come. We've rented from, bought from, and sold through him and his team and every single time it almost felt like I was forgetting something because they made it so easy that the process basically completed itself.We had to move to the area and find a home under an extremely cramped timeline, so as soon as we called Matt, he started reaching out to listing agents and his own rental clients and was able to get us into a wonderful rental before it was ever even listed as ready, not to mention the 5 other homes he got us in to see pre-market within just a day or two. Renting through them was the easiest living we've ever had. They're absolutely clear on all parts of the lease, their maintenance team is outstanding in both speed and quality of work, and they're always easy to contact - no phantom property manager that just shows up when they want to squeeze you for some more cash.Buying through them was almost the same; when we told Matt we wanted to buy, we were seeing homes both on and pre-market within the day. And when we found the home we wanted, he made no shortage of effort to make sure we got it and at a killer price.Finally, selling our home just recently through Matt was also an absolute breeze. He's extremely helpful in getting the home ready to show, works with your schedule on prep and listing, and handles all the annoying bits of showings and closing with complete transparency. He saved us tons of headaches and helped us make sure we made a great profit on our sale.I've seen just about every side of Matt's business and couldn't be more confident in recommending any part of it. If you need any form of real estate work, save yourself every single headache and let Matt and his people take care of you - they're the best.

Long-term management of a property • 2017

Matt and Jamie are the property managers of our home and we have had great experiences with them. Not only did our home rent out for more than we anticipated, they provide us with a detailed account summary every month. The deposit has never been late. They truly care about the owner and the renters and are quick to respond.

Helped me find a home to rent • 2017

I contacted Matt about renting my dream home. He stated that I would have first opportunity to rent the home if I completed the application immediately. He also said they would be closed for 2 weeks for the Masters. My credit had an issue and Matt said to work it out and we could pull the report after they opened again. I told him I would do whatever was needed (longer lease or more up front), and I would rent the home without seeing it in person. I got the credit issue fixed and the 11th I contacted him again as he had asked. I was told the credit score didn't meet minimums, but that if I paid 2x the deposit it would be ok. I immediately said yes and he set up a date to see the home. Never once was it mentioned that I could pay deposit prior to seeing the home. I tried to schedule for the next day to see the home, but was told I couldn't for 5 days due to schedule conflicts. 2 days prior to my showing they rented the home to someone else. He let me know in a text then said they dont recall our conversations yet they were all through email and text. If you don't want me renting your place say so. I had ended my current lease since I was told after our meeting I could begin moving in. All I ask is that you stand by what you say.
