We interviewed several agents prior to selecting Farrah and we definitely made the right choice. She impressed us in our first meeting with her professionalism, her insights into the market and where she saw our home being positioned, the tools and approach she presented, and she even gave us a couple of very helpful contacts in that first meeting for things we needed to do around the house prior to listing. From the moment we signed on with Farrah, she worked with us to get some minor fixes made as well as remove some personal/excess belongings to photograph and show the house in its best light. The video made by Farrah really told the story of the value of our home and justified the listing price. Farrah worked quickly to get the house listed within a week of signing up with her; we listed on a Tuesday and set an open house for that Sunday. Farrah and Tonya both worked as a team with us coordinating showings and getting things aligned for the open house. We were actually out of town for the open house and the following week, but the work paid off and we had three offers by Monday after open house. We were able to get a price with above listing and with a close of less than 30 days. Both Farrah and Tonya continued to work with us through the negotiation, the acceptance, the diligence/inspections and closing process. We could not have been happier with the team.
