Whitney did a spectacular job selling my late mother's townhouse. We chose Whitney because our neighbor enthusiastically reccomended him. His knowledge of our area is extensive and his team is very responsive at any time. I would look no further next time I need a realtor. Hands down the best.

I highly recommend Witney and his team. This is the second time we worked with them and both times everything went very smooth. Witney sold both our properties fast and at asking price. This team works for you and is very responsive. They helped me with handyman’s and put me in contact with a great furniture staging company. Whitney and Tricia have been our realtors for over 10 years. We could not have been happier with their service. We feel like we have family in the real estate business. We had two rental properties for many years in Ft. Lauderdale with many tenant contracts. We recently sold both properties, plus a house in New York state. We completely trusted them to handle every detail of every contract from top to bottom. When problems arose, they were always on top of it. They are wonderful!

I have lived in Citrus Isles and River Oaks for 22 years. Over the years, I received market updates in the mail from Whitney and his team. So when the time came to sell my home, I knew exactly who to call. What I didn't was the level of service we would receive. It's interesting to me because in the real estate industry has a standard 3% fee, however, I feel in this case Whitney and his team were underpaid. They went far above and beyond the standard for what you pay regardless of who you hire. Said differently, Whitney and his team could charge a premium for the level of service they provide. Legit, it's bar none. Whitney, Michele, and Tricia - Thank you for walking through this process with us during an extremely emotional decision. You made it happen so fast, I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with this deal. Your communication is clear and often, as well as extremely detailed and proactive.
