We just closed on our first home at the end of last month, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Austin and the Solomon Group! We had been searching since earlier this year, and with Wausau’s competitive housing market, Austin helped us navigate it all with patience and expertise. We looked at close to 20 houses together, and he was always calm, supportive, and quick to respond. He even called us later at night to help us craft offers on homes we’d just toured that afternoon.Austin truly cares about his clients and wants everyone to find a home they love. He is hands down the best realtor in the Wausau area! His team is also incredible. Tyler did an excellent job communicating with our mortgage company and keeping us on track with paperwork. There are many great reasons why Austin, Holly and team are consistently rated at the highest level! They have it all! Phenomenal communication, very personable, professional, experts in their fields and with all of that, highly successful! I don't know how they can make each client their number one focus but they surely do! This was our first home sale and we had many questions and concerns; but Austin and Holly were there for us every step of the way. We can't thank them enough for the exceptional service they provided! Our home sold quickly and above asking price. :)

They were both very personable and professional and I felt I was in good hands. We agreed on a listing price, they took great photos, and listed.They kept in good communication with me throughout the process of showings and negotiations and were always quick to respond to calls and texts. Overall it was a very good experience with a very satisfactory outcome.
