Ruben made sure that the sale of our home along with the purchase of our new home was fluid, fully transparent and without any hiccups. He took the time to understand what features would help our home be more marketable so we could capitalize on our home’s strengths. It ended up selling faster than we expected, largely due to the coordination/marketing of Ruben and his team. My wife and I asked LOTS of questions and Ruben always made sure to explain each part of the process clearly and efficiently. We will be moving into our new home in 1 months time and are very grateful to have had Ruben as our agent! He managed all of the typical minutiae and headache that comes with buying/selling real estate so we didn’t have to worry about that and could focus on moving. We've known Ruben for close to 20 years, and many transactions later, he has always gone above and beyond to close the deal and help us make the best decision. Friends of our referred us to Ruben. They had used him about 8 times and had nothing but positive things to say about Ruben. We are so happy that we decided to use him, as well. I received a work transfer from Illinois to Arizona about 6 months earlier than expected, and we have an elderly, handicapped parent living with us.
