If you want to be treated like a number, yes, contact these people. I'm a disabled veteran with bad knees and underwent massive brain surgery and asked for a single level house with gas because my electric bill is always higher in the winter than in the summer because I'm always cold. Afterwards, all of the email listings received send 2 level homes without gas, but worse, with pools. Yes, I even informed him that my wife is allergic to the sun. I feel like we're being treated like a number in which you'll feel that way too.There are hundreds of realtors out there. I am willing to wait 6 months to be released from their contract rather than use them any further!!!

As always, Charles did an excellent job. I have used him before and was very happy with his service and used him again. Also Dee did a wonderful job. When I had a question, she always gave me the answer as soon as she could. They were both patient and caring.
I worked with Charles Barrett when I was buying my first home 2 years ago, and again this year when I decided to sell it and move across the country. When I first bought my new home, I knew nothing about the real estate industry or the home buying process. Not only did he teach me so much so that I could be my own advocate, he went to bat for me in every situation a realtor should, getting me the best deal and the quickest resolution to each step of the process. We ran into plenty of speed bumps with how crazy the market is due to COVID-19, But Charles and his team still kept the process moving and communicated with me every step of the way. Ultimately I came out with a huge profit thanks to Charles!!! All in all, if I ever come back to Arizona or have a friend who plans to, I know exactly who I'm sending them to! There are some very important skills one looks for when hiring a real estate agent. Setting the right price on a home is the first step and Team Minik was spot on. They provided many suggestions on how to stage the house to create the best appearance. Probably most important was the marketing program they pulled together with the 3D video camera, drone pictures, excellent interior photos and a first class listing sheet. Lastly was the final negotiation and once again they were creative with their advice. They held many open houses which I think helped sell the home. We had a great experience with Michelle/Team Minik and highly recommend you give them a call if you are buying or selling a home.
Michelle and her team were all fantastic!! They were all very helpful and knowledgeable. My home sold fast at a price above my asking. I loved the pictures they took of my home. I think that can make a big difference in the amount of foot traffic in your home. I would definitely use them again.
